General Order Form – Ordering Designs Not Yet On Online Shop

At present, we are still adding the candle designs from our previous website to our online shop.

In the meantime, if you wish to order the other designs which we displayed on our old website, you are welcome to browse the catalogue for designs that are not online yet and then order manually:

• download this General Order Form to your computer
• open the form in a PDF Viewer (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) instead of a web browser
• Note: please do not fill up the form by opening it on a web browser. The content will not be saved when a PDF is edited on a web browser.
• fill your form in by typing into the spaces available
• save your form
• email to: candleorders@bigpond.com
