Lectio Divina in the Benedictine Tradition

July 18, 2025 | Retreats

This weekend we will look briefly into the development of the lectio divina tradition. We will hear about and practise the process itself. We will give time to learning some skills which will make this way of prayer accessible, namely entering into and being comfortable with silence and listening. From there we will take some scripture and together enter into this way of prayer that is as old as the Church itself.
