Welcome Yujin!

Yujin Lee, from South Korea, entered our Community on February 1st this year, on the eve of our Annual Foundation Day.

YuginOur Community was founded by Archbishop John Bede Polding on February 2nd, 1849 so it has always been a sacred day in our history. Bishop Peter Ingham celebrated the Eucharist  with us on the day then joined us for morning tea. He was delighted to meet Yujin and to hear a little of her life story.

Yujin will spend 12 months as a Postulant before asking to be clothed in the Monastic Habit. Welcome to the Jamberoo Abbey Community Yujin!
